Terms and Conditions

Go Find Someone is only for people age 18 or older. Users under 18 may not create or use an account. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Provide accurate age and account information. Email verification confirms access to an inbox; it does not establish identity or guarantee age.
Prohibited conduct
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse, exploitation or grooming of minors, prostitution, escort services, solicitation or facilitation of commercial sexual services, sexual coercion, and non-consensual sexual activity are strictly prohibited. Harassment, threats, stalking, abuse, intimidation, fraud, scams, financial exploitation, impersonation, and unlawful activity are also prohibited. You must not aid, abet, facilitate, encourage, promote, organize, assist, or support any prohibited conduct. This prohibition includes aiding, abetting, facilitating, encouraging, promoting, organizing, assisting, or supporting prohibited abuse or exploitation, on or through the service.
The service and your choices
Go Find Someone helps adults discover introductions, consider compatibility, make mutual connections, exchange messages where eligible, use Tonight, plan dates, and participate in available groups. Introductions and compatibility information are suggestions. Both people must accept a date plan; venue suggestions are not reservations. Availability of features depends on account state and any applicable purchase or membership.
No guaranteed outcomes
Go Find Someone does not guarantee identity, accuracy of user representations, compatibility, safety, attraction, a date, a relationship, marriage, successful introductions, availability of another user, or any specific outcome. Use your judgment, respect consent, meet in public, and arrange your own safety precautions. The service does not provide emergency monitoring.
Accounts, profiles and content
Keep sign-in links and account access private. Use accurate information and photos you have permission to share; do not impersonate anyone or create a profile for another person. You remain responsible for your content and conduct. You retain your rights in content you submit and permit Go Find Someone to host, process, display to authorized viewers, and moderate it to operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual property.
Safety and enforcement
You may report profiles, conversations or dates and block another person using the available safety controls. Go Find Someone may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. Blocking and moderation do not guarantee prevention of every harmful interaction. Contact us if you need help with an enforcement decision.
Purchases, renewal and cancellation
Optional paid services include Tonight Pass, Extra Today and Go Find Someone Plus. Prices and billing intervals are published at /pricing and shown before payment. Plus renews monthly or annually until canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewal; access may continue through the paid period according to your subscription state. Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already charged. One-time purchases do not renew. See /refunds for the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Account controls and termination
You can pause your profile, revoke sessions, or request account deletion through You → Privacy. Pausing or deleting an account is distinct from canceling a subscription: use billing controls or contact support to address renewal. Restrictions, suspension or termination do not create an automatic refund entitlement; the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory legal rights apply.
Third-party services and intellectual property
Payment processing and other necessary services may be provided by third parties under their applicable terms. Go Find Someone does not control third-party services or venues. The service’s brand, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Permission to use the service does not permit copying it, bypassing access controls or misusing another person’s content.
Service limits and changes
The service may be interrupted, contain errors, or change over time. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Updates will be published here with an effective date; applicable notice requirements will be respected.
